The Soulriser (Japanese: ソウルライザー, Soururaizā) is a smartphone-like device with all the function of a typical smartphone that also doubles as the transformation device for Kaiju Girls developed by GIRLS.
Description[]
The Soulriser is a must-own while attending GIRLS, and if the Soulriser was damaged, the owner of said Soulriser will be charged its repair fee of 24,800 yen.
As revealed in the second season of the anime and Kaiju Girls Black, the Soulriser is not locked to one person, meaning that any kaiju girl can use other kaiju girl's Soulriser if necessary.
Functions[]
- Soul-Ride: The kaiju girls use the Soulriser to transform into their Kaiju Girls outfit. This is achieved by calling out "Soul ride!" and swiping the screen. Using the Soulriser prevents the Kaiju Girls from going berserk.
- Transformation Cancellation: In addition to the Soul-Ride function, the Soulriser can even cancelling one's kaiju girl transformation. This was first seen used on Satsuki by Commander Black when the former's Dark Zone ability got out of control.
- Communication: Being a smartphone the Soulriser could be used to make phone calls and send messages.
- Access to anime and manga.
- Information of kaiju girls, including their abilities and which kaiju soul they possess.[1]

Kaiju Girls: The Beginning Stories[]
The Soulriser was originally created by Izumi Sawanaka and was later modified by the Nishina sisters to look like a smartphone.
Kaiju Girls Black[]
Black Stars own their own version of the Soulriser, with functions identical those owned by GIRLS, even having access to their database. It is said that Nova gotten this via a black market.
